31-01-2017 After some argument, Sri Ram Hirday Prasad, learned counsel assisted by Sri Sangiv Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 9, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that petitioner may approach the authority concerned. The prayer is allowed.
