Petitioners seek bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 04.08.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1683 of 2017 (3) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 82 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. No. 562 of 2016.
