2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been placed under suspension on 19.06.2013 and that a departmental proceeding also was conducted against him vide memo of charge dated 19.06.2013, whereafter the inquiry officer has submitted his inquiry report on 16.12.2013 holding the petitioner to be guilty, this Court, keeping in view the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that no final order has been passed in the aforesaid departmental proceeding and that the petitioner has been again subjected to a fresh show cause notice in the same subject matter of charge, would direct the Director-in-Chief, Health
Patna High Court CWJC No.14880 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Services to take a final decision in the departmental proceeding, in which the inquiry report has already been submitted, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
