2. Mr. Rajiva Ranjan, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to prefer a revision against the orders passed by the licensing authority as also the appellate authority.

3. The prayer is allowed.

4. The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to prefer a revision against the orders passed by the authorities.

5. Should such a revision petition be filed before the appropriate authority within a period of thirty (30) days from today, it shall be taken up by the revisional authority and after giving sufficient time to the petitioner to present his cause, a final order shall be passed within the next sixty (60) days, giving reasons in support of the same.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
