Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Shahanshah. Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2019.

Submission is that petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21615 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Delha Police Station Case No. 233 of 2017, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
