2. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the process under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been issued against these petitioners and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application of behalf of the petitioners stands dismissed.
