ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner drawn the attention of this court to pass the clause 4.B. of the Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011 (Annexure-P-8) to contend that despite of receiving the legal notice dated 23.01.2023 (Annexure-P-7), the authorities have not taken any decision till date. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the authorities will consider the legal notice dated 23.01.2023 issued by the petitioner, if any, direction is given to the authorities by this Hon'ble Court.

Having regard to the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider the legal notice dated 23.01.2023 issued by the petitioner and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of
