Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner entered in the house of the informant and demanded Rs. 60,000/- . On denial of the informant accused persons assaulted the informant and took out Rs. 3150/- from the shop and Rs. 25,000/- from the almirah of the informant. The petitioner was not named in the First Information Report but his name transpired during investigation. The case was instituted in the year 2010.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42818 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 250 of 2010, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
