This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 06-09-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37244 of 2016.

It has been submitted that due to typographical error, in the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 37244 of 2016, in the prayer portion, "A.D.J.-VIIth, Aurangabad" has wrongly been mentioned in place of "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad" and likewise, same mistake occurred in the order dated 06-09-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37244 of 2016.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 37244 of 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53613 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 Hence, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 06-09-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37244 of 2016 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the order, the words mentioned as "Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Aurangabad", be read as "learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad".
