1. That the most humbly petitioner seeks kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent authorities to renew Licence no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6496 of 2024 dt.19-06-2024 2/2 05/2011-2012 issued in favour of the petitioner for storage of denatured spirit.

Further it is for grant of any other relief (s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is limited to the extent of renewal of Licence no. 05/2011-2012. In this regard the concerned respondent/competent authority is hereby directed to pass a suitable order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

3. With the above observation the present petition stands disposed of.
