JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in Sessions Trial No. 684 of 2014, whereby and whereunder the application for discharge preferred under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected.

After arguing in detail, Mr. Aruni Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of final argument of the case.
