The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of firing upon the husband of the informant.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. According his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Dumaraon P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018 from the court of the learned Chief Judicial
