2. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of writ of mandamus for directing/commanding the respondent authorities to grant the incentive to the petitioner company by way of financial

Patna High Court CWJC No.5696 of 2023(3) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 assistance as promised by the State Government vide Bihar Industrial Incentive Policy 2011 under "Scheme for Integrated Development of Food Processing Sector" followed by Bihar Industrial Promotion Policy 2016."

3. The grievance of the petitioners are pending consideration before the fifth respondent. Therefore, the fifth respondent- the Director, Directorate of Food Processing, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, Patna is hereby directed to decide the grievance of the petitioners with reference to Annexure 10 series and proceed to pass a detail speaking order. He is also hereby directed to take note of order of this Court dated 10.08.2022 passed in C.W.J.C No. 4051 of 2021 (Annexure-9). If they are entitled to certain monetary benefits the same shall be extended. In the event of the fact that they are not entitled in that event detailed speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three month date of receipt of this order.

4. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
