SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Sections 384/385 of the Indian Penal Code which has been lodged against his clerk and driver.
Petitioner is not named in the accused column of the said First Information Report but his mobile number is mentioned there.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that because of the business rivalry with the informant, his mobile number has been incorporated in the accused column of the First Information Report. It is further submitted that petitioner is not only income, sales tax payee but also a licensee of the petrol pump. Let petitioner, above named, appear in the Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50693 of 2014 (3) dt.10-06-2015 below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the Court below and produce certificate indicating up-to-date payment of sales, income tax as also renewed license of the petrol pump and if the payment is up-todate, license is in order then he be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.
