The petitioner is accused in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ranjit Sahni. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2016 but he has not been put on T.I. Parade for identification while the informant has claimed to be identified the culprits. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.224 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sehohar, in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
