The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
From the Santro car of the petitioner huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered.
Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated due to village politics. He has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the material on the record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail shall be disposed of without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
