The petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 334/2016 registered under Sections 47(a, c, e) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 12.06.2016. It has further been submitted that the petitioner Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is in jail for about two months, let the above named petitioner be
