The petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 334/2016 registered under Sections 47(a, c, e) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 12.06.2016.
