JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-12-2021 Today being Friday, matters are being taken up through virtual mode as per current procedure for hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while rejecting his prayer for bail on the last occasion, there is specific observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one and half years in custody. It is submitted that, by now, he has already completed nearly two years in custody. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner ought to have renewed his prayer for bail having regard to the said observation made in Cr. Misc. No.11483 of 2020 and for taking benefit of the same before the learned Trial Court. The learned counsel, after some argument, being faced with these observations, submits that he would renew his prayer before the learned Court below.
