2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26 and 37 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has snatched a silver chain from informant's son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- IIIrd, Naugachia, Bhagalpur/concerned court below in connection with Naugachia P.S. Case No.149 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
