2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised an issue that the petitioner is also entitled for grant of ACP and promotion consequent upon setting aside of the order of

Patna High Court MJC No.896 of 2023(6) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 dismissal by this Court. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before the competent authority in that regard.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt proceeding stands dropped.
