JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to withdraw the instant appeal in order to facilitate the appellant to surrender before the learned lower court and further, during consideration of regular bail, the learned lower court will see the omnibus nature of allegation and further, the improbability of knowing the so alleged victim Ashok Paswan to be a member of Scheduled Caste since before on account of residents of two different villages coupled with the fact that case and counter case happens to be in between the parties without being influenced by the instant order preferably on the same day.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
