This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Matihani P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019. It is alleged in the First Information Report that from the petitioner's possession, a country made pistol and 15 live cartridges were allegedly recovered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that full brother of the petitioner, namely, Rajiv Singh, is the witness to the seizure list, with whom the petitioner is on litigating term and due to enmity he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Considering the above submission and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019, this application is
