Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 425 of 2012 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul. Considering that the alleged victim has named the Petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
