Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of Excise Act. Ten litres mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner situated at VillageBaswariya. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is resident of Village Dhum Nagar, Partiya Tola and he is a rickshaw puller. It is further submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by the excise officials. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
