1. Though the present petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 07.11.2022, passed in CWJC No.20285 of 2021, however, the learned counsels for the opposite parties have submitted that measurement was conducted, whereafter it was found that some iron gates have been put up by the encroachers, hence the same were removed, nonetheless, it is stated that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, she may approach the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, District-Patna for redressal of her subsisting grievances.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach
