ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 11.5.2012, by which the S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarpur has refused to release the motorcycle bearing No. BR06X-0488 seized in connection with Motipur P.S. case No.41 of 2012.

It appears that the Court below refused such a prayer because confiscation proceedings had been initiated. I see no justification to interfere in such circumstances. The application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to conclude the proceedings positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
