2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420, 406, 409 and 120B IPC registered in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that the money of the Post Office has been misappropriated by Postmaster Anupam Kumar and deposited in the joint account of the petitioner and his wife. It is submitted that the petitioner's wife has since been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 31.08.2019 by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 41174 of 2018. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the stand of the petitioner's wife as transpired from the order dated 31.08.2018 aforesaid that whatever illegal act has been done, has been done by her husband, the present petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
