JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel, for the State and learned counsel, appearing for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 registered under Sections-406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are said to be parents-in-law whereas; petitioner No. 3 is said to be wife of the informant who claims that his marriage was forcibly solemnized with the petitioner No. 3 and later on, petitioners left his house along with cash and ornaments. It would appear from perusal of the record as well as submission of the parties that there is matrimonial dispute between the petitioner No. 3 and her husband and both parties have filed cases against each others.

No.52186 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners named-above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
