The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 registered under sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was involved in misappropriation of 1445.52 quintals of paddy worth Rs.24,00,481.40 from Nawanagar purchase centre of Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Buxar, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
