Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (Sonki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR assaulted the family members of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23210 of 2022(3) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 informant with dabiya, but there is no injury of dabiya on his person. The injuries are simple in nature and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

The learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Sonki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
