This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Nawada Town P.S. Case No.128 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner and others have brutally assaulted and seriously injured the informant. 4.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He is in custody since 12.02.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
