14th supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties no. 1, 2, 3 and 4. The same contains copy of the order of the Inspector General, Prison and Correctional Services, Bihar, Patna contained in Memo No. 191 dated 13.01.2017, from which it transpires that the petitioner has been given continuity of service for the period 18.05.2011 to 30.12.2014, notionally. Be that as it may, in view of the order of the Court dated 30.07.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10973 of 2012, having been complied with, the present application, accordingly, stands disposed

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move the appropriate forum in accordance with law, seeking benefit of his past service from the year 1996, if so desired.
