====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the Memo No. 7859

Patna High Court CWJC No.15455 of 2015(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/3 dated 21.08.2015 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sasaram and Memo No.1319 dated 1.8.2015 issued by the Executive Engineer, District Board, Rohtas at Sasaram whereunder and whereby the Respondents have attempted to initiate proceeding to oust the petitioner from his house regarding which a title partition suit is pending consideration before court of competent jurisdiction.

ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction quashing the letter No.3156 dated 19.06.2015 issued by the Deputy Secretary, Nagar Vikash Awam Awas Bibhag.

iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction interdicting the Respondents from interfering in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the house in question.

iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction directing Departmental proceeding to be initiated against the Respondents who taking benefit of their official position have issued such illegal letters taking law in their hand."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is
