JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of committing murder of daughter of informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that she is in custody since 14.9.2016. She has got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioner. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52598 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case no. 104 of 2006.
