The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the younger brother-in-law of the informant.

Learned counsel submits that the allegation of mixing intoxication is against other accused.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case no.
