The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 323, 325, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged by the informant that co-accused Eid Mohammad committed rape upon the minor daughter of the informant and when father-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant made protest, then this

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against co-accused Eid Mohammad. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted father-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant but the injury report shows the injuries to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge, POCSO, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 277 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down
