Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Tilauthu P.S.Case No. 108 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 14/149/341/323/307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that the petitioner and others were involved in assaulting the informant. He further submits that as per the order of the court below itself, it is evident that the nature of injuries are simple. He further submits that with reference to Annexure-2 that at the relevant time, he was not present at the spot and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

No.25926 of 2020(2) dt.05-11-2020 2/2 Considering the totality of the fact, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Tilauthu P.S.Case No.108 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
