JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that two persons were caught by the police and on the basis of their confessional statements, the name of petitioner and others came in this case. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 24.06.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S.Case No. 24 of 2016.
