2. This application has been filed for modification of the order and extension of time dated 29.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc No. 48234 of 2025, whereby the petitioner no. 4 has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28398 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/3 the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to illness of petitioner no. 4, he could not surrender within the stipulated time however, the rest of the petitioners i.e no.1, 2, 3 and 5 have surrendered. Therefore, the petitioner no. 4 has prayed for grant of further four weeks' time for the same.

4. It is further submitted that the petitioner no. 4 is willing to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- to some charitable organization, without prejudice to his case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present modification application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted four weeks' further time from today to surrender before the concerned Court below, subject to condition that the petitioner no. 4 shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Ramakrishna Nagar, P.O. Vidyapith Deoghar, Jharkhand, and shall produce a valid receipt thereof before the concerned Court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds. The bail bonds shall be accepted only
