====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1b)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
