JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 The petitioners filed this petition for modification of order dated 20.12.2016 and for extension of period of surrender of petitioners in pursuance of the order dated 20.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45766/2016.

Sri Vaidehi Raman Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioner No. 2 fell ill and Petitioner No. 1 is sole son of petitioner no. 2, therefore, the petitioners did not surrender in the court in time.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioners before the Court below is extended for three weeks from today. Accordingly, the modification petition is allowed.
