2. The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2016 in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner, being the widow of the deceased, has been falsely implicated by the informant, father of the deceased, only on the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjan Bind. Petitioner is not named in the FIR.
4. Having regard to the restatement of the informant with regard to illicit relation between co-accused Ranjan Bind and the petitioner as noticed in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger as well as the statements of various witnesses recorded in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
