The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2019 in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation was false and mischievous, now the matter has been settled with the interference of the well-wisher and save and except one other case filed earlier by the wife of the petitioner herself, there is no other criminal history.
