2. The petitioners seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 411.12 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from seized pick up vehicle .

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case . Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners and have got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has already been submitted.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Exclusive special Judge Excise - I Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.
