2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S Case No. 125/25, under sections 309(4), 351(2) of IPC lodged on 07.06.2025 by the informant, Munna Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was going to a marriage place to decorate the stage, was intercepted by the accused persons and took away the mobile and the cash amount. He went to the marriage place for decoration and thereafter, the FIR which led to the delay in lodging the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no role to play in the matter and the name has come in the confessional statement of Raj Kishore.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer and submits that only only he has criminal antecedent, his role has cropped up on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused.

6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also his criminal antecedent, no relief can be extended to him.
