Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 207 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has two similar antecedent and his name has been disclosed in the self inculpatory statement, from whose house the articles which were stolen, have been recovered. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from today.
