The petitioner has renewed his application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 304 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. His application for grant of pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57424 of 2018. There is no fresh ground on which the petition can be reconsidered.

In that view of the matter, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. The application is dismissed once again.
