The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner is brother-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased. There is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner.

As per written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The Sessions Judge has also recorded in the impugned order that cause of death as mentioned in the postmortem report is on account of hanging.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 256 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
