In the present case, the petitioner is seeking relief that Commission be directed for fresh evaluation of his answer sheet. It is matter of 2008. Petitioner has further claimed for a direction for providing the answer sheet which was kept by the Commission.

So far evaluation is concerned save and except he has stated that he has done well in the examination, cannot be a basis for a direction for fresh evaluation of the answer sheet.
