This matter relates to the compassionate appointment with respect to the dependant of Sanjeev Kumar who was working as Accounts Assistant but he became traceless and did not return. After certain period, the present petitioner filed an application for his appointment on compassionate ground making a prayer that for a long period his father has remained traceless, be treated to have

The counsel for the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited has produced the Office Order No. 1408 dated 04/09/2015, from that letter it reflects that the present petitioner has been appointed and has been working for last one year. In such view of the matter, this petition is accordingly disposed of.
